The Nathalie Decoster Reverso

The French sculptor Nathalie Decoster had a Reverso engraved for her son at seven: “My darling Louis, I love you madly”, alongside her own emblem — a motif she calls “the passing of time”, which she describes as the symbol of all her work. He is grown now, and wears it every day. In her words, she never expected it would become so important to him: “Now I really see this Reverso as a gift for a lifetime.”
